Our Vision
We are a collaborative of non-profit organizations that work in partnership with school networks and credentialing bodies to grow, support, and sustain a racially and socioeconomically diverse teacher workforce in the Bay Area.
Our Mission
We do this by bringing our unique areas of expertise, and working together to collectively hold and support talent - prospective and current teachers, and in particular people of color and from low income backgrounds - through the experience of becoming and serving as educators in our Bay Area communities. Together, we provide guidance, resources, experiences, and programs that support teacher recruitment, onboarding, matriculation, development, and retention.
